Sullivan's Island Property

Out showing on Sunday a rarity for me but if I am missing time with Becky, the kids and football, showing homes in the 2-3 million range isn’t a bad reason to be out.

Today I am at a home on Thompson Ave on Sullivan’s Island. Deep water on Cove Creek, great views of Charleston and marsh. Four beds, 4,500 sqft, asking $2.9 million. Seems overpriced to me, but off the chart views!
