Don’t forget to sign up for the annual Charleston Turkey Day Run & Fun Walk Gobble Wobble. The event will be held on November 23, 2006, from 9:00 to 11:00 am. The 5k/3/1 mile run and walk activity is a 100 year old tradition, and draws around 4,000 people from all over the world.
The course starts on Meeting Street at Marion Square then goes through the Battery and finishes along King Street. The family-fun event for all offers water, food, and refreshments at the finish line. In order to sign up go to: www.turkeydayrun.com. Good luck, Gobble Wobble.
