Village at Wild Dunes Under Construction But Making Progress
on January 30th, 2007 at 5:35 amThe Wild Dunes new condo complex is slowly making progress. The final concrete slap was poured on Friday, January 26, 2007. The $183 million project known as The Village at Wild Dunes began the building process in December of 2005. There will be a total of 5 buildings with approx. 256 luxury condos. Currently 40% of the condos have been sold. The first available units will be available by the end of 2007. In addition to the condos, they are also planning 30,000 sqft of space for restauants, fitness center, retail stores and offices.
On Friday, officials at Wild Dunes Resort celebrated the pouring of the final concrete slab atop one of the company’s new condominium buildings.
