The most expensive property currently on the market is 118 Ocean Boulevard. The property features six bedrooms, five full baths, three half baths, 8,173 square feet, and is three stories. The home was built in 1999 and resides on a 1.30 acre beachfront lot. The list price is $6,950,000.
The average list price of the 216 properties is $2,025,119. The average price per square ft is $6486.09. The median price is $1,795,000. The average days on the market is 149 days.
Currently there are 10 properties under contract and 4 properties in pending status.
2708 Palm Boulevard is the most expensive property currently under contract. The home is six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, 5,120 square ft, built in 1992, residing on an oceanfront .18 acre lot. The list price is $3,500,000.
