Sullivans Island - Downtown Area

Central Sullivans Island Real Estate

When you come onto Sullivans Island off of Highway 703 you come in on Middle Street and then center of the island. Here at the center is the business district with a nice array of restaurants including Atlanticville, Station 22, Poes and Sullivans. There a convenience store and even a day spa for all of your daily needs. There is also a great public park right next to the fire station with tennis courts and a childrens play park.

Behind this section is the Sullivans Island Elementary School situated right along the beach. Its the perfect school for elementary aged children, what a great way to grow up, going to school right on the beach!

The homes along this section of the island vary in size, age and style. Most have been renovated and offer a quiet and close knit neighborhood atmosphere. You can walk to the beach or take a quick five minute drive over the Ben Sawyer Bridge and you are in Mount Pleasant right next to the new Publix and Bi-Lo Grocery Stores. There are also several new shopping centers along Ben Sawyer Boulevard in Mount Pleasant with fitness centers, quaint shops and much more.
